Opinion on Space Launch and Manned Lunar-landing

Zhang Zeming ,Jiang Yi ,Fu Debin

Strategic Study of CAE 2006, Volume 8, Issue 10,   Pages 37-41

Abstract:

The lunar-landing is the continuation of manned spaceflight engineering. Comparing with the manned airship engineering, it requires more credibility and sweepingness, and it needs more funds. On the basis of China´s achievements and foreign countries´ experiences, the paper brings forward the idea of using the existing transportation technology to sent the launch vehicles and cosmonauts to the near-earth orbit in batches, assembling the components together on the space-launch platform, and then launching them to the moon. The paper also discusses the space-launch platform and the launching way.

Sun Jiulin, Li Denghua, Xu Shiwei, Wu Wenbin, Yang Yaping

Strategic Study of CAE 2021, Volume 23, Issue 4,   Pages 10-18 doi: 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2021.04.002

Abstract:

Agricultural big data and information infrastructure are important foundations for modern agriculture, prerequisites for smart agriculture, and new elements of agricultural growth in the new era. In this article, we analyze the development status and existing problems of China’s agricultural big data and information infrastructure considering the strategic needs and challenges of smart agriculture development; summarize the relevant policies, action plans, and experiences in China and abroad; propose the strategic objectives of developing agricultural big data and information infrastructure in 2025, 2035, and 2050; and devise the future development technology roadmap. In the future, big data development should be promoted in the entire agricultural industry chain and the construction of the agricultural big data system needs to be standardized by building an integrated data sharing mechanism. Breakthroughs achieved in key common technologies can expand the application of agricultural big data. Agricultural big data industry bases are required for creating application clusters of agricultural big data. An urban–rural integrated information infrastructure needs to be built by coordinating urban and rural resources, and an agricultural cyberspace that features interconnection of everything, human–computer interaction, and sky–space–earth–sea integration is expected to be created. From the policy aspect, China should strengthen the overall planning to improve its rural network infrastructure and the digital transformation of traditional infrastructure, along with promoting the basic research and development of chips, model components, and basic information systems. Moreover, it should focus on core technologies such as agricultural big data acquisition, analysis, and service; strengthen the collaborative innovation of systems and mechanisms to achieve standardization and integrated sharing of agricultural data; and build a high-level talent team to provide basic support for developing smart agriculture in China.

Facile route to achieve MoSe-NiSe on nickel foam as efficient dual functional electrocatalysts for overall

Frontiers in Energy 2022, Volume 16, Issue 3,   Pages 483-491 doi: 10.1007/s11708-022-0813-0

Abstract: Since the catalytic activity of present nickel-based synthetic selenide is still to be improved, MoSe2-Ni3Se2 was synthesized on nickel foam (NF) (MoSe2-Ni3Se2/NF) by introducing a molybdenum source. After the molybdenum source was introduced, the surface of the catalyst changed from a single-phase structure to a multi-phase structure. The catalyst surface with enriched active sites and the synergistic effect of MoSe2 and Ni3Se2 together enhance the hydrogen evolution reactions (HER), the oxygen evolution reactions (OER), and electrocatalytic total water splitting activity of the catalyst. The overpotential of the MoSe2-Ni3Se2/NF electrocatalyst is only 259 mV and 395 mV at a current density of 100 mA/cm2 for HER and OER, respectively. MoSe2-Ni3Se2/NF with a two-electrode system attains a current density of 10 mA/cm2 at 1.60 V. In addition, the overpotential of HER and OER of MoSe2-Ni3Se2/NF within 80000 s and the decomposition voltage of electrocatalytic total water decomposition hardly changed, showing an extremely strong stability. The improvement of MoSe2-Ni3Se2/NF catalytic activity is attributed to the establishment of the multi-phase structure and the optimized inoculation of the multi-component and multi-interface.

Study on China’s Developing Potential and Technical Route of Coal-Based Co-Production System

Wang Ti,Liu Pei,Ma Linwei,Li Zheng and Ni Weidou

Strategic Study of CAE 2015, Volume 17, Issue 9,   Pages 75-81

Abstract:

The technology of coal-based poly-production, as the advanced coal-utilization technology, is the key way to solve China’s main problems on energy. Considering that China has not reached a joint conclusion about the concepts of co-production system, firstly this paper provided the method of defining and classifying co-production system based on China’s condition. With the increasing demand of China’s energy consumption, liquid fuel is gradually in shortage supply, so coal-based liquid fuel is on the way. Then, by building the energy security profit model, this paper also proposes the optimal scale of developing China’s coal-based alternative fuel. At last, based on the analysis of coal-based alternative fuel, the authors put forward the developing strategy and routine of co-production system till 2030.
